Our Goal
To empower rural people, especially women by generating awareness and imparting knowledge about education, health and hygiene, child marriage, forced marriage, gender-based violence, unregulated internet exposure, importance of good parenting, drug addictions, etc as well as unemployment and poverty. To discover, encourage and support the talented students and people. To provide employment through upskilling, networking, and reviving lost traditional handicrafts and other MSME businesses. To impart basic knowledge about what environment is, its significance, it’s limitations, environmental issues such as pollution of land, water and air, greenhouse effect, global warming, etc. To focus on environmental protection via using traditional and scientific knowledge, garbage and plastic management, recycling, and reusing waste. We also aim to promote good and green environmental practices.
Our Mission
TAHOOR FOUNDATION has been established with the aim to develop rural India. Lack of education, improper focus and negligence on health and hygiene, child marriage, forced marriage, gender based violence, unregulated internet exposure, drug addictions, etc as well as unemployment and poverty plague our society. Our primary focus will be on addressing some of the issues above via generating awareness and imparting knowledge about the same through our flagship programme ROSHNI ABHIYAN
We also aim to discover, encourage and support the talented students and people under the TALENT SEARCH ABHIYAN with a primary focus on science and problem solving.
Our ROJGAR ABHIYAN aims to provide employment through upskilling, networking and reviving lost traditional handicrafts and other MSME businesses. Our hope is to create economic opportunities.
TAHOOR FOUNDATION also aims to contribute to disaster management like floods, heavy storms, earthquakes etc by providing manpower, resources and support to build back through our DISASTER MANAGEMENT PROGRAMME.
Founders
Ghazala Ahsan
Mrs Ghazala Ahsan is a passionate and dedicated individual who has devoted her life to empowering women and facilitating rural development in India. As a co-founder of the Tahoor Foundation, she has been instrumental in driving the organization’s mission and making a positive impact on society.
Despite being a housewife, Ghazala Ahsan has always been very active when it comes to contributing towards noble causes. She has a charitable and helping nature and has always been eager to give back to her community. With her experience-filled life, she has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by women and the importance of empowering them.
Mrs Ghazala Ahsan’s goal has always been to reach the utmost potential for women empowerment, rural development, and social activity through the Tahoor Foundation. As a feminist and leader, she has a crucial role to play in the organization’s success. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table, acquired through her academic qualifications, including a Masters in Public Administration.
Her leadership qualities have been honed through her academic achievements, as well as her extensive experience in working with communities. Mrs Ghazala Ahsan is known for her empathy and compassion towards those in need, and she has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by women in rural areas.
Under her leadership, the Tahoor Foundation aims to launch several programs aimed at empowering women, including education, healthcare, and skills training initiatives. These programs are designed to make a significant impact on the lives of women in rural areas, providing them with the tools and resources needed to lead a more dignified life.

Mohammed Ahsan Reza
Mohammed Ahsan Reza is a dedicated and committed individual who has made significant contributions towards the betterment of society. He is one of the founders of Tahoor foundation, an organization which aims to empower women and facilitate rural development.
Born and brought up in a humble background, Mohammed Ahsan Reza always had a passion for helping others. After completing his education, he joined the Indian Police Service (IPS) and is currently serving as the Director General of the Prison Department in Andhra Pradesh. During his tenure, he demonstrated exceptional work ethic, sincerity, and professionalism, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues and subordinates.
As an IPS officer, Mohammed Ahsan Reza was known for his unwavering commitment to justice and upholding the rule of law. He was also known for his empathy towards the prisoners and their families, making efforts to improve their living conditions and provide them with opportunities to lead a dignified life.
Mohammed Ahsan Reza co-founded the Tahoor Foundation with the goal of empowering women and driving rural development initiatives. Under his leadership, the foundation aims to launch several programs aimed at improving the lives of women in rural areas, including skills training, education, and healthcare initiatives.

Shahnawaz Hussain Ali
Shahnawaz Hussain Ali is a multifaceted individual with a diverse range of skills and achievements. He has filed over 5 patents in India and abroad, showcasing his inventive talent and entrepreneurial spirit.

He is also the founder and CEO of TAEJOON, using his expertise and business acumen to drive growth and impact.
